Description
A delicious well balanced sake from Kotohira, Kagawa, Japan. The Kinryo company has been producing sake since the Edo period, 1789. The grain has been polished down to 45% with a little dry finish. Best cold or at room temperature and goes well with white fish, salads, tofu, clams and shellfish. It's sweetspot is 5-10℃.
